Holiday Meal Reheating Instructions

Seitan Roast:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place roast on a 10”x10”, shake baste and pour half of it over the roast. Wrap the roast in the foil and place roast on a baking sheet.

  3. Heat for 35 min.

  4. Open the foil and add the rest of the baste. Bake for an additional 10 min.

  5. Internal temperature should be above 165 degrees.


Pot Pie:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Remove plastic top from the container, and cover pot pie with foil.

  3. Heat for 15 minutes covered. 

  4. Remove foil top, and heat uncovered for 10 minutes.

  5. Internal temperature should be above 165 degrees


Root Vegetable Stuffing:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Remove plastic top from the container, and cover the stuffing with foil.

  3. Heat for 15 minutes covered. 

  4. Remove foil top, and heat uncovered for 10 minutes.

  5. Internal temperature should be above 165 degrees.


Gravy:

  1. Stovetop: Heat on medium high heat 

    1. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 5 minutes

  2. Microwave

    1. High for 1 minute

    2. Stir and heat for 30 more seconds
