TYPICALLY, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE INTENDED CATERING DATE (10 IF CUSTOM ORDERING).

A 20% SERVICE FEE IS ADDED TO ALL ORDERS WHICH GOES DIRECTLY TO STAFF.

Rental Equipment

All rental services must be pre-approved by our Catering Department 5 days in advance of hired catering services.   Please email catering@watercoursefoods.com for all additional catering services.  If approved for rental services you will be charged an additional transaction for these services.  Please note that all rentals must be returned to Watercourse Foods by

1) Hiring Take Down Services

2) If returned by Client, all rentals must be returned to Watercourse Foods by 5 pm the following day after hired catering services in clean, working condition.  (Any and all damages to rental equipment will incur extra charges.)

— EQUIPMENT —

  • CHAFING DISHES: 165.00 for 4 Chafers for up to 4 hours. 100 deposit and 100 charge for damage or theft per chafing dish. 

  • SERVING UTENSILS: 20.00 (for 5 utensils including 2 large tongs and 3 large serving spoons) 

  • HOT BOX: 185.00 (for 1 Hot Box for up to 4 hours)

  • SET UP: 75

  • BREAK DOWN: 25

  • DELIVERY: 75 (for anything under 30 miles, anything over is +1 a mile)

Custom Order Policy

We are happy to customize a menu for your event!  Please contact our Catering Department at least 10 days in advance of your event if you would like to customize your menu and/or make special requests not listed on our current catering menu.  One of our Catering staff will contact you to let you know if we can accommodate your special requests.
