Red lentil soup with avocado and pomegranate pico de gallo (gluten free and vegan)

Paired with Cleebourg -  Gewurztraminer

Salad:

Napa cabbage wrap with yuzu marinated vegetables and a persimmon jam (gluten free and vegan)

Paired with Domaine du Manoir - Muscadet

Cheese:

Pink Reunion Island pepper gruyere fondue with Red Gold Hawaiian sea salt and dark chocolate fondue, caraway crackers, root vegetable spread served with seasonal fruits and vegetables (gluten free and vegan optional)

Paired with Infinite Monkey Theorem - Syrah

Entree:

Creamy beet risotto with raspberry balsamic reduction, crispy leeks and Naked Goat cheese. (gluten free and vegan)

Paired with Montagne - St. Emilion - Bordeaux

Saffron Israeli cous cous pilaf with red lentil loaf, mint chimichurri, preserved lemons, dates and feta cheese. (vegan optional)

Paired with Tabula Rosa - Grenache

A trio of shared desserts. Chipolte Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu and vanilla bean creme brulee with a cherry tarragon sauce (gluten free and vegan)
