Gluten-Free Vegan Baked Goods
Our bakeries success is determined by making specialized desserts (gluten-free, vegan) better than traditional desserts. Often our clients will take a whole cake to an event, not share the fact that the cake is gluten-free and watch for the unbiased response. We are happy to say they enjoyed the dessert and were not aware that it was gluten-free or vegan. We have failed when someone comments, "that's pretty good for vegan or gluten-free." Our greatest joy is to bake treats for people who haven't had good baked goods in years. WaterCourse Foods Bakery has set the bar very high for specialty bakeries in the United States.
